Hello! I'm Dawne, the heart and soul behind Helpful Solutions with Dawne.

My career journey started with a fulfilling 18-year career as a Registered Nurse. Throughout those years, I mastered the art of organization, time management, collaboration, and efficient problem-solving. After many years of working 12-hour shifts, running up and down hospital halls, being called in to work on my day off, I decided that I was ready for a change.  I wanted a job that DIDN'T require sacrificing holidays with my family like Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter (not to mention every other weekend).

As I matured, transitioning into a Virtual Assistant role felt like a natural progression for me. I saw an opportunity to leverage my skills to help busy professionals streamline their operations. With experience in teamwork, email management, flexibility, administrative support, communication, and scheduling, I am dedicated to helping you recover valuable time AND boost your business's growth and revenue.
